IACEP Producer Membership Form

All Producer Membership applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. An entertainment professional that spends the majority of his/her professional time producing live entertainment acts other than their own personal performance.
  2. Producer applicants must meet four (4) out of six (6) following points:
    1. Provides entertainment for corporate/private sector and contracts with the ?end user? for services beyond their own, personal act.
    2. Contracts entertainment, as well as staging, production, and travel elements for clients, beyond their own personal act.
    3. On-site management of both entertainment and production suppliers.
    4. Designs, creates and implements the creative elements of the entertainment; including but not limited to music composition, musical arrangements, choreography, lyrics and/or costuming.
    5. Accountability for the quality/standards liability of entertainment for clients, beyond their own personal act.
    6. Accountability of budget for entertainment, beyond their own personal act.
  3. Minimum of 3 years experience in the entertainment industry, as described in Criteria A above.
  4. Qualified entertainment producers must do more than contract, book or act as a middle agent for artists. (Examples might be an agent or speakers bureau who books but does not produce entertainment)
  5. References and IACEP Member Sponsors, upon request
  6. Final approval by the IACEP Board of Directors.

Membership Fees:

Producer Membership Fees are $550 for the initial year and $350 for annual renewals thereafter.
